Born and raised right here in sunny Southwest Florida, Owner Ryan Schatzman has always had a love for everything outdoors. With over 10 years experience in screening, pool cage restoration, and lanai enclosures Ryan took the leap of starting his own company in 2021. Offering many outdoor services including pressure washing, paver sealing, and screen repair you are guaranteed a superior experience every time.

Our Process
Begins with you and your home. With free in person estimates, you are guaranteed and accurate quote for services. Once quote has been approved by you, we will come up with a personalized timeline of when services will be completed and scheduled. On the day of your scheduled service you will receive a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to work being started. Our mission is to keep you as involved as you want to be. Here in Florida, we do a great deal of living outdoors and want to be sure we are meeting your expectations for your outdoor sanctuary.
